Custom Data Acquisition
|
|
It happens. Hardware devices are collecting real time data for you but the data doesn't wind up in the right computer or the right
file or application. For whatever reason, you are stuck with sensor data in the wrong location or the wrong format.
We work with almost any type of analog or digital input. Such as: 4-20 ma, 0-5 volt, RS232, RS488, PLC interface,
whatever you have. Maybe you have multiple inputs from various devices and just need to get it all in one database.
So what do you do?
Sometimes you can just Import into MS Access or SQL Server, but many times you can't because some of the columns are
the wrong data format or they need some type of calculation or filtering before being imported....but don't give up!
Lemmex Software Solutions has the answer to your data acquisition problems. We build custom applications to fix whatever issues there are.
Guaranteed.

Here are just a few examples of our many Custom Data Acquisition Solutions:
Continuous Emmissions Monitor (CEM): Analog Voltage to 1 Minute Flat Data File
This application was created to scan multiple Analog and Digital Inputs from Opto 22 modules and calculate multiple air pollution values from a smoke stack, such as NOx and SOx. The program logged 1 minute data for 25 analog inputs and opened and closed gas valves to perform automatic daily calibrations. This program met and exceeded 40 CFR part 60 Regulations for Stack Gas Monitoring and runs 24/7/365!

Real Time Data: Alarm Module
This Alarm and Status form was created as part of the Gas Analysis application as shown above. It created Alarm / Alerts based on user selected setpoints in the calculated data and automatically populated the form accordingly. Users were able to select an Alarm from the list, Acknowledge it and give a Reason code. The Alarm/Status data was continuously saved to disk and reports were then available from the Alarm data. All of the Alarm setpoints and Reason Codes were user configurable.

Real Time Color Comparator: Analog Spectral Data Analyzer
This application was created in National Instruments Labview language to read Spectral Data and convert it to the 3 light measurements of L, a and b. The color comparison was displayed in on screen values as well as a square within a background square. The instrumentation was designed to test and calibrate extremely high resolution video cameras.

SONAR Data Display: Flat file data input
This is an image of the SONAR data display created to take serial file data and parse it into the proper distance (time) and angle to show the SONAR Image. Created in Visual Basic 6.0
